Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our services and courses. Please read our refund terms below carefully before making a payment.

Course Enrollment Refunds

Students may request a full refund within 3 days of enrollment, provided no more than one class/session has been attended. After this period, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Service Project Refunds

For agency services such as web design, graphics design or marketing campaigns, refunds are only applicable before project work has begun. Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable, though we will work with you to resolve any concerns about deliverables.

Printing Orders

Custom printing and sublimation orders are non-refundable once production has started, as these are made-to-order items.
